Audit Report [Supplier]

QF 0004

Suppliers are audited to ensure their internal processes and systems adhere to a defined quality standard (internal or external requirements).

Critical suppliers are typically audited yearly with low risk suppliers audited every three years depending on their food certification.

Supplier Audit Report is a tool that companies can use to identify, eliminate and prevent problems before it causes issues in their own company.

The audit results can help to make decisions concerning:

  • Specific control measures.
  • Contract award and agreements to purchase.
  • Further contract conditions to supplier.
  • Continued involvement with supplier.

Audits must be thorough, effective and uniform and questions should be open-ended to allow for an adequate response.

Supplier Audit Report does just that.
