Product Evaluation Record is used to conduct sensory evaluations on new or existing product lines over the journey of the products intended shelf life.

Sensory evaluations comprises a set of test methods with guidelines and established techniques for product presentation and well-defined response tasks, statistical methods, and guidelines for interpretation of results.

Three (3) primary kinds of sensory tests focus on the existence of differences during the products shelf life, they are;

1. Appearance.
2. Flavour/Texture.
3. Odour.

Product Evaluation Record can be altered to include further sensory tests if required.
