Visitors Log Record is a simple but effective paper based record, designed to ensure that all visitors coming onsite understand the expectations of them as a visitor to the food premises.

The process for the Visitors Log Record is split into two categories:

  1. VISITOR INFORMATION AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT.

Record the relevant information to who your visitor is and that the visitor has read through all relevant Visitor GMP requirements:

    1. Arrival date.
    2. Visitor and company name.
    3. Visitor suffering from Cold/Flu like symptoms.
    4. Maintenance & Temporary Repair document required.
    5. Visitor/Contractor Induction package read and understood.
  1. SIGN IN/OUT TIMES.

Visitor/Contractor to record time of arrival and time of departure.
