HOLD Register provides traceability and documentation for all items which have had to be placed onto HOLD.

The process for the HOLD Register is split into three categories:

  1. ITEM DETAILS.
    1. Product description.
    2. Date on HOLD.
    3. Quantity on HOLD.
    4. Batch Code.
  2. REASON FOR HOLD AND ACTIONS
    1. Reason for item being placed on HOLD.
    2. Proposed corrective actions.
    3. Verification of completion of corrective actions.
  3. FINAL DISPOSITION OF ITEM.
    1. Record whether the item has been accepted or rejected.
    2. Approved By.
    3. Date completed.
